The Story So Far

I’m Karen, I was born on the beautiful west coast of Scotland, a place that taught me resilience, grit, and the quiet strength to keep going even when life felt heavy.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, from hospitality to the military, to fitness, to corporate. On paper, it looked like I was doing everything “right.” The job. The promotions. The smile that said, “I’ve got this.”

But inside? I was exhausted. Running on caffeine and anxiety. Saying yes to everyone but myself. Pretending I was fine, but deep down, I felt stuck… I was craving something more … freedom, fulfilment and purpose.

After my divorce, eighteen years of marriage ending, in what felt like an overnight collapse, I hit rock bottom. I had to rebuild everything from scratch, my confidence, my finances, my future and wondered if I would ever feel like me again. 

But that breaking point became my turning point.

I decided I was done living small. I wanted freedom. I wanted choice. I wanted to show my kids what it looks like to rebuild stronger and happier

That's when everything shifted.

I found a community that aligned with my values and gave me a simple, powerful way to build a business around freedom, wellness, and purpose.

What started as a small seed of hope has grown into FLO First, a global movement helping men & women like me (and maybe you) create income, impact, and a life you don’t need to escape from.

In just 18 months, I replaced my corporate income. Now I run my business online, mentor-driven women, and pursue my passion for fitness and bodybuilding  all on my terms.

I've faced the same fears, doubts, and "what ifs" that you probably feel too. But I chose to bet on myself and now, I get to help other women do the same.
